Due to a problem with our upstream website hosting provider swarmia.com was down for 22 minutes between Oct 30, 19:58 UTC and 20:20 UTC.
The main application at app.swarmia.com was unaffected.
Our monitoring alerted us that our website is down. We have identified an incident with our upstream website monitoring provider as the problem.
We're monitoring communications from our provider for possible steps to resolve the situation.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Realtime messages (e.g. Slack) should now be processed as usual, while we continue syncing the delayed PRs and issues.
We have identified an issue in our message processing, which is causing delays to realtime messages (like Slack notifications) and syncs of new data (like PRs and issues).
We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.
The application in unavailable and we are monitoring the situation with our cloud provider.
